Custom Request Form
Step 1: Fill out the form below after reading this and the FAQ page.
Please include in your email request a detailed description of what you were looking to have made, on what kind of shoe, and include reference photos if you have any. This helps me get an idea of what you’re going for.
If you’re unsure of what you’d like, we can work together and come up with something really sick for you! I just need a general base idea to start from, so please include as much info as you can.
Step 2: Similar to a tattoo artist, my prices vary depending on difficulty, detail, design, time and any extras you may want. After I receive your request, I will reach out for a one-on-one consultation to discuss design concept and budget. There will be a required deposit based on the cost of the work.
Step 3: Once a design is agreed upon and you are ready to place the order, payment can be made via PayPal/ Custom website order. Turn around time is normally 3-4 weeks for most orders. Some orders may be completed in less time. You are paying for a customization service. Rush orders may be a possibility, for a fee, please inquire first.
Step 4: After payment is made, you can ship your shoes to the address given if decided that you will be supplying shoe. (All shoes must be shipped with a tracking number and all shoes must be in brand new/unworn condition). Otherwise, I will then order the sneakers myself.
Since there is typically a minimum of a month or more for your custom to be made, please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns during your wait.
Once I begin on your order, I will send you an email/DM to inform you.
Step 5: I will contact you letting you know your order is complete and include tracking for your package. Shipping typically takes about 2-4 days depending on when shipped.
